PHSC offers a number of resources for customer use. In addition to the “Healthcare Linen Tips, Events and News” features, our staff can provide on-site assistance with cutting cost, linen utilization analysis, distribution and employee education.
Customers can obtain usage analysis reports for a day, week, month or year. These reports are useful in tracking trends, identifying areas where loss may be occuring and where cost can be reduced. We can also provide cost reports outlining where dollars are being spent on linen. PHSC staff are available to provide education to our customers and their staff relative to the world of healthcare linen, utilization, cost cutting measures, quality criteria, infection control and a number of other subjects. We hold open house educational sessions at least twice annually or we can come to your facility to present information at regularly scheduled meetings on-site.
